Campaign Story

I became a mom at 23, during a time in my life when I had almost no support and no financial stability. When I had my second baby at 24, I was overwhelmed with fear about how I would provide for two children while my marriage and finances were falling apart. My mother urged me toward sterilization so I wouldn’t continue struggling, and at 25 young, scared, and without counseling, I made a permanent decision I didn’t fully understand.

Years later, life was still hard, but Jesus had other plans. He restored my marriage, my hope, and my direction. My husband and I have now been together since we were 16, and now 16 years our relationship is stronger than ever. With our lives rebuilt, we deeply desire to grow our family. But because sterilization was my choice, insurance will not cover treatment, and IVF costs over $20,000 , far beyond what we can afford.

I am raising funds because I long for the chance to welcome another child into our restored, loving home. Any help brings us closer to the miracle we pray for.
